The Diocesan Youth Council is making a return! If your young people in grades 6 through 12th are interested in representing the youth of the Diocese of the Rio Grande, then encourage them to apply to day.

The Diocesan Youth Council will meet regularly throughout the 2025-2026 year to provide input on diocesan youth activities, be a voice for the youth of their area within the diocese, and learn about servant leadership in the Episcopal Church.

Diocesan Youth Trip: Thanksgiving 2024 in Marfa/Big Bend Texas

We had a great time in the Big Bend!

The community turned out to celebrate Thanksgiving. Folks pitched in to set up, to fill those tables, shared tables and fellowship, and then worked together to put everything away. Davis Mountains Baptist Church were super hosts where we got to see the wild donkeys and javelinas (who show up at night for a donut). We look forward to being there next year!
