Charles Arms – Diocesan Treasurer

Charles is the Treasurer for the Diocese of the Rio Grande, a position he has held for 3 1/2 years. Prior to that, he served as Treasurer for St. Chad's Episcopal Church in Albuquerque for 8 1/2 years. He and his wife Elizabeth relocated to Albuquerque from Syracuse, New York after retirement. Charles works closely with Fred Winter Sr. out of the Diocesan Office and is available with the rest of the staff to help you in any matter.
